No Surgery to Rhinitis and Sinusitis: With acupunture, you can heal your rhinitis

Dr. Lee's Column:

<CEO of Cosoom Oriental Medicine Clinic Networks>

Unblocking the airway of the nasal passages and paranasal sinuses would be the primary goal of the treatment, if those merely function as air passages.

Nasal passages and paransal sinuses function as a cooling fan to dissipate heat of your head.

They are perfectly designed which air can circulate throughout the area. Artificial destruction of the delicate structure should never be considered and must be deterred in the first place.

Acupuncture therapy that can preserve the structure is highly preferable. It does not only restore the functions of the mucosa but also retrieves the air ventilation, making it a patient-friendly treatment.

Acupunture therapy helps restore the functions of mucosa and retrieve the air ventilation!

Patients can express their discomfort and feelings as they receive their treatments and the doctors can comprehend and communicate with the patient under their care.

Acupuncture, although it accompanies some degree of pain, but it is never irreversible and have many benefits attached with it; it is more detailed, meticulous and effective than surgery.

Once again, nasal cavities and sinuses are necessary in order to act  as a cooling fan and an air ventilation, if you receive a rhinitis or a sinus surgery, it will change the original structure of your sinuses. This will cause the changes in air flows of your nose. Then your sinuses can not effectively function as a cooling fan.

Do not receive a surgery, receive an acupuncture therapy instead.

No Surgery to Sinusitis, Rhinitis and Snoring (Dr. Lee's Sinus School)

No Surgery to Sinusitis, Rhinitis and Snoring (Dr. Lee's Sinus School)

I am Dr. LEE, CEO of Cosoom Clinic Networks. I have 25 years of experience
in treating sinusitis, rhinitis, snoring and sleep apnea. With an acupuncture therapy, I have been treating those problems. Here, I explain why a rhinitis or a sinus surgery is harmful.

Rhinitis Surgery & Sinus Surgery

Generally, removing swollen nasal mucosa to secure the nasal passage is rhinitis surgery and sinus surgery involves with removing part of bone to restore the airway for breathing and to eradicate infection once for all.

Function of Sinuses and nasal passages

Unblocking the airway of the nasal passages and paranasal sinuses would be the primary goal of the treatment, if those merely function as air passages. However, it is never to be neglected those jointly act as a cooling fan in a computer to dissipate heat of the head.

Nasal passages and paransal sinuses function as a cooling fan to dissipate heat of your head.

As the water flows from the mountain to valleys, it deepens the waterways in the valleys as time passes. Likewise, rudimentary nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses are shaped by the air flow inside the nose in a meticulous way, in order for it to reach every inch and corner of the sinuses.

It is a saga that contains 25 years of experience in treating sinus and rhinitis by OMD Lee Woo Jeong! It is Condisered an innovative treatment in the circle of oriental medicine.

You can treat the nose (sinusitis, rhinitis, snoring, sleep apnea etc)
by a pricking your noce therapy.

Just by acupunture without getting a surgery, it helps you recover the original state of the nose.

About the Book

Sinus school deals with a comprehensive range of topics including: obstinate nature of nasal disorders, reasons for avoiding surgical treatment, the need and method of acupuncture therapy. The author, Dr. Woo Jeong, Lee (OMD), who has been dealing with nasal disorders for 25 years shares her own LWM Method she applied to her patients in order to treat ENT problems.

In this book, she points out that you do not need to receive surgical treatment to cure nasal problems such as sinusitis, rhinitis or snoring. The most critical reason to avoid surgery is the permanent loss of the unique functions carried out by the nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Surgical exeresis of the affected membranes results in permanent discard of the functional layer of the nasal mucosa.

On the contrary, her acupuncture therapy in the nasal mucosa is an innovative treatment that not only reduces the swelling to clear the nose but it also revitalizes the membranes to stand against sinus colds. Needle-pricking therapy on the nasal mucosa can successfully treat nasal congestion caused by rhinitis and facilitates the recovery process without having a prolonged course of medicines.

Moreover, it reduces the risk of developing chronic rhinitis, by substantially reducing the swelling in the nasal mucosa. Besides, this book particularly arouses readers’ purchasing need, especially those who suffer from nasal problems in that the book introduces self-care remedies that you can practice at home using a suction device or by doing salt-water cleansing. According to Dr. Lee many diseases such as dry eye syndrome, otitis media, Meniere’s syndrome, headaches, the pituitary gland and sphenoid sinus, snoring and restless legs syndrome have often a lot to do with sinus disorders. Rich and specific treatment examples and clinical experiences included in the book will give you professional guidance in dealing with patients in the oriental medical field.

The Art of No Mind

Today let me introduce a book that always comfort my mind whenever I read it.
When I am feeling blue or things don't go well for me, I pick up this book and randomly read, then
I find my mind becoming much lighter.

It is "The Art of No Mind"

Just by reading a few lines you will experience getting liberated from agonies which have been incessantly dragging you down and then an offshoot of cool wind blows into your care-free mind. This book teaches you about the art of no mind, the magical way of changing common ordinary days into grateful and amazing days.

According to the author, “no mind” means the state of mind that accepts everything without discrimination. When you become “no mind”, you can be completely concentrated on your work and can draw on all your potential creative energy.

While “no mind” reduces excessive expectation regarding yourself or others, it increases the joy of “now”, enables you to focus on your work without distracting emotions and thus affords the most effective outcome. Also, with no mind you will grow passion for life and will want to demonstrate something to humanity and have a free life detached from concern about what others think about you.

This book tells you how to use the art of no mind to get rid of stress you receive at work or at home, by giving you actual examples about those situations. Since it was first released back in 2004 in South Korea, it has become a national best-selling book on meditation. Hopefully this book will bring comfort to many readers’ hearts of in English speaking countries.

How to Cure Allergic Rhinitis & Truth about Rhinitis : The Key is to change physical constitution

How to Cure Allergic Rhinitis & Truth about Rhinitis

Treating Allergic Rhinitis with Brown Rice and Vegetarian Diet

When rhinitis is associated with hypersensitive reaction,
it is called, allergic rhinitis.
Although it is treatable with pricking therapy on the nasal cavity, the disorder is a systematic disease.

Accordingly, good nutrition plays a major role in improving
physical constitution and cleaning the blood,
hence it is worthwhile to reiterate the importance of meals
consist of brown rice and vegetarian dishes.

Allergic diseases mostly arise from endocrine disruptor,
an allergy causing substance which acts as an antigen,
absolved by food intakes. Over 20 years of clinical experience,
I have become a specialist in treating rhinitis and sinusitis.

Treating allergic rhinitis, however, is a major headache,
and it is inevitable part of treating nasal disorders.
Not just limiting to allergic rhinitis, atopic diseases, allergic dermatitis,
is a big concern shared by the whole nation.

Drug therapy alone, no matter how much efforts were put into,
found to be inadequate.
A piece of wisdom I gained from treating and
researching many years is rather simple,

"changing the physical constitution is the key."

Therefore, in the clinic me and staff members practice vegetarian diet.
We try to as much as fresh fruits, brown rice and locally grown vegetables.
Below is how we eat every day. Yes, they are delicious Korean food!
